About Startecon

We are a small Finnish technology company based in Kerava.

We launched our operations in 2021, and we focus on consulting, software development, and data analytics.

Our team consists of 6–10 people: developers, designers, a marketing team, and founder Mikko Lähdeaho, who has worked in the IT industry for about 30 years, gaining experience and expertise.

Since our founding and our move to Kumitehtaankatu in Kerava, we have kept the company agile. We have adapted to changes in the industry and expanded our partnerships—while maintaining active certifications, such as our Microsoft partnership and participation in the NVIDIA Inception program. By continuously updating our service offerings, such as Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) reporting, we ensure that our clients are always prepared to meet modern requirements and market needs. We treat every client’s digital architecture as if it were our own, and we prioritize secure, efficient, and reliable results.

Internship

We have multi-lingual and multi-cultural team with fun and warm working environment. We take interns year-round from universities and vocational schools in software, business, and multimedia.

Internships usually last 3–6 months, depending on your program. Everyone works on customer and company's own projects, and interns are involved from day one. You’ll get hands-on experience, work with clients, and learn how to deal with feedback, deadlines, and teamwork.
